Many find it concerning that federal agents from several agencies have been "arresting" protesters by simply grabbing them and putting them into unmarked vehicles, while also dressed without identifying information or clearly recognizable uniforms. This has most famously happened in Portland, but President Trump has said he will deploy such troops to other cities, including Chicago (because of the high crime rate he said, even though Federal agents have no jurisdiction over local laws), Pennsylvania, Albuquerque, and New York. Recently, a video showed a protester being thrown into an unmarked van in New York by plainclothes officers. There is also a video from San Diego.
This map discussion is about whether this is unconstitutional.
